Purpose:
Manual Dump

Standard

  • Square OR Rectangular Body, rope in Channel to gather bottom, Closure
  • Lift Handles, 'O' Ring Post Pinions, OR both
  • Circular, Rectangular, Square frame tops (no handles)
  • Outside 'O' Ring bottom Rope Gathering

Quick Release

  • Squre OR Rectangular Body, diaper-style bottom, with Quick Release, Parachute Style Release Hardware

Siamese

  • 2 slings, joined for single lift, unloading; two bottom openings, shape can be square or rectangular, rope in channel to gather bottom, Closure OR outside rope

Center - Dump Ring

  • Used in Centrifugal Extractors  (sample required)

"Onion" - Ring

  • Used in Centrifugal Extractors   (sample required)

Self-Dumping

Sample required for quotation and fabrication or supply specifications and drawing.

Sling Specification Issues

Sling - Forming Devices

either repeat original or supply the following
  • Box, pins to anchor 'O' rings, handles

(width, length, inside height, handle length)
  • Round, fabricated metal ring, with platform & casters  (specify handle length OR separating ring in top of sling)

(ring diameter, height to platform)
  • Drum

(circumference, inside height, handle length)
  • Sling forming drum

(circumference, inside height, handle length)
  • Sling forming cart

(width, length, inside height, handle length)
  • Plant wagon

(width, length, inside height, handle length)
  • Fabricated metal, square or rectangular ring

Sample required and/or drawings

Handle Options
  • reinforced (double loop)
  • ladder (bar tacked at specified intervals)
  • 'O' Rings (plastic, stainless)
